Product Overview

The KPD Vision Epoxy Dispensing Machine Line is a fully automated inline 2-component potting system integrated with high-precision CCD vision positioning technology. Different from traditional fixed-fixture dispensers, this vision-guided production line automatically identifies workpiece fiducial marks, compensates position and rotation deviation, and guides the gantry to execute accurate epoxy dispensing paths. It combines servo meter-mix glue supply, automatic potting, inline conveying, and optional vacuum degassing into one continuous workflow.

 Working Principle

1. Workpiece Feeding：Electronic components are placed on the inline conveyor and transported to the vision inspection station.
2. CCD Image Capture & Position Calculation：Industrial camera takes photos of workpieces, identifies fiducial marks or product outlines. The software calculates position offset and rotation angle.
3. Path Auto-Correction：The system automatically revises the pre-programmed dispensing path according to the deviation data.
4. 2-Component Glue Metering & Mixing：A resin and hardener are pumped independently by servo gear pumps at the preset ratio. Two materials are fully mixed inside the static mixer.
5. Automatic Dispensing / Vacuum Potting：XYZ gantry moves along corrected path to dispense mixed adhesive into component cavities. With vacuum option, potting happens inside closed vacuum chamber to eliminate bubbles.
6. Conveyor Output & Curing：Finished workpieces flow out via conveyor. They can go directly into tunnel curing oven for continuous heating curing. Oven is customized according to customer requirement
7. Recipe Saving & Log Recording：All production parameters are saved in the system for repeat production and quality traceability.
