A/B Material Storage → Precision Metering → A/B Material Supply → Static Mixer → Uniform Mixing → Dispensing Nozzle → Potting / Bonding / Sealing

The two components are stored separately and accurately metered according to the required ratio. They then enter the static mixer through separate channels. Internal mixing elements create controlled material flow and repeatedly divide and recombine the two components, producing a uniform mixture before dispensing.
