The KPD 2K Two-Component Mixing and Dispensing Machine is designed for high-precision metering, automatic mixing, and accurate dispensing of two-part adhesives, including epoxy, polyurethane (PU), and silicone. Equipped with precision metering pumps and advanced mixing technologies (static or dynamic), it guarantees exact mix ratios and uniform, bubble-free dispensing for high-volume industrial production.
The KPD 2K Two-Component Glue Mixing and Dispensing Machine is an advanced, industrial-grade solution designed for high-precision metering, homogeneous mixing, and controlled dispensing of two-part resin systems (Epoxy, Polyurethane, Silicone, and Acrylic).
Engineered for automated batch production, this system eliminates manual mixing errors, prevents air bubble encapsulation, and ensures consistent ratio control (1:1 to 10:1). Featuring heavy-duty material conditioning tanks, high-precision metering pumps, and dynamic/static mixing technologies, KPD delivers exceptional dispensing accuracy and reliable output for critical potting, sealing, encapsulating, and bonding applications.
High-Precision Metering & Ratio Control: Powered by precision gear pumps or progressive cavity pumps, maintaining a continuous volumetric mixing accuracy within 2%.
Homogeneous & Bubble-Free Mixing: Offers versatile mixing configurations—including dynamic motor-driven mixing heads for high-viscosity resins and disposable static mixers for low-maintenance operation.
Integrated Material Conditioning: Stainless steel tanks feature optional vacuum degassing (to eliminate micro-bubbles), electric agitation (to prevent filler sedimentation), and digital thermal heating.
Smart PLC & Touchscreen Control: Intuitive user interface supporting multi-recipe memory, customizable dispensing profiles, low-level material alerts, and anti-curing auto-purge timers.
Flexible Motion Integration: Easily configured as a standalone tabletop unit or integrated with 3-Axis / 4-Axis XYZ CNC Cartesian robots for automated 3D path dispensing.

This automated 2 component sealant & adhesive metering and dispensing equipment is a positive displacement 2K meter mix dispense system. It separately meters Part A (base resin / sealant) and Part B (curing agent / hardener) and mixes them inline right before dispensing.
Part A and Part B two-component materials are stored in independent material tanks. For high-viscosity sealants, tanks can be equipped with stirring and heating functions. Material is fed into the servo metering pumps by pressure feeding or vacuum feeding. Low-level sensors monitor material volume and trigger an alarm when material is insufficient, preventing air from entering the metering system.
Two independent servo positive displacement pumps drive Part A and Part B respectively. According to the preset mixing ratio, flow rate and dispensing volume in the PLC touchscreen, the servo system controls the rotation speed of each pump to deliver accurate volumes of A and B materials.
The metered Part A and Part B flow simultaneously to the mixing head.
After mixing, the homogeneous 2-component sealant/adhesive flows out from the dispensing nozzle onto the workpiece. Once the dispensing cycle finishes, the suck-back valve instantly pulls a small amount of material back. This eliminates dripping, stringing or glue tail, ensuring clean bead or shot finish.
The whole process is managed by PLC + touch screen. All parameters including ratio, flow rate, dispensing time, shot volume can be saved as product recipes. Users can quickly switch programs for different sealants or workpieces. Production data (dispensing volume, batch records) can be logged for traceability.
Core logic summary: Separate metering → Inline mixing → On-demand dispensing Materials are only mixed right before dispensing, avoiding waste of pre-mixed fast-curing 2K adhesive/sealant.

glue dispensing machine application
A: Static mixing relies on stationary helical elements inside a disposable tube to fold materials together. It is low-cost and ideal for resins with similar viscosities and close ratios ($1:1$ or $2:1$). Dynamic mixing utilizes a high-speed motor to drive a rotary element in the mixing chamber, providing superior shear force for extreme mixing ratios (e.g., $10:1$) or vastly different resin viscosities.
A: The system includes a programmable Auto-Purge / Anti-Curing Function. If the machine remains idle past a set duration, it automatically dispenses or flushes out a small volume of mixed material (or initiates a solvent/air flush cycle) to keep the nozzle clear.
A: We outfit the material supply tanks with motorized speed-adjustable agitators and recirculating pump systems. This prevents settling and keeps filler particles uniformly distributed.
A: Yes. Both the tanks and delivery hoses can be equipped with temperature-controlled heating jackets to lower fluid viscosity, ensuring smooth flow and consistent volumetric metering even in colder shop environments.
A: Absolutely. KPD provides custom tank sizes, specialized robotic motion platforms, line-integration signals (I/O communication), and multi-axis CNC systems tailored to your factory layout and cycle time requirements.
