KPD Portable Arm Two Component Epoxy Meter Mix Dispense System is a flexible semi-automatic 2K adhesive potting equipment. Equipped with a freely rotatable swing arm, it eliminates the limitation of fixed gantry machines and easily adapts to irregular workpieces, fixtures and production lines. Servo metering pumps guarantee stable ratio control from 1:1 to 10:1 and high dispensing accuracy ±2%. Working Principle
This portable arm two component epoxy meter mix dispense system adopts dual precision metering pumps to deliver A resin and B hardener separately according to set ratio. Two materials flow into the mixing tube for full mixing, then flow out through the swing dispensing arm. The swing arm can rotate freely to cover different potting positions. Equipped with touch screen parameter setting, users can adjust flow rate, dispensing time and ratio directly. Anti-drip valve cuts glue instantly to avoid wire drawing and dripping.
