✅Automatic Dispensing: The mixed adhesive is automatically dispensed for potting, coating, or filling applications.

Four independent A-side tanks allow the system to handle different compatible base materials with one shared B-side curing agent. Operators can select the required material according to the production recipe.
Independent metering pumps deliver the selected A-side material and B-side curing agent at a preset mixing ratio, helping maintain consistent adhesive quality and dispensing performance.
Dedicated A-side storage tanks and delivery lines help prevent different base materials from mixing unintentionally. Appropriate purging or cleaning procedures can further support material changeover.
The PLC control system can store dispensing parameters and material-selection settings for different products, helping simplify operation and reduce manual adjustment during production.

The 4A + 1B two-component glue dispensing system is designed to handle four different A-side base materials and one shared B-side curing agent. It consists of five storage tanks, five independent metering pumps, dedicated delivery pipelines, a material selection system, a static mixer, and an automatic dispensing head.
Step 1: Material Storage
Four different A-side materials (A1, A2, A3, and A4) are stored in separate tanks, while the B-side curing agent is stored in a dedicated tank. Each material is isolated to prevent cross-contamination.
Step 2: Material Selection
According to the preset production recipe, the control system selects one of the four A-side materials. Only the corresponding A-side metering pump is activated together with the B-side metering pump.
Step 3: Precision Metering and Synchronized Delivery
The selected A-side material and the B-side curing agent are delivered through their respective dedicated pipelines. The metering pumps control the output of each component to maintain the required mixing ratio and ensure consistent material supply.
Step 4: Static Mixing
The two selected components enter the static mixer through separate flow paths, where they are thoroughly mixed to achieve a uniform adhesive mixture.
Step 5: Automatic Dispensing
The mixed adhesive is delivered to the dispensing head, which follows a programmed motion path to perform automatic potting, coating, sealing, or filling according to the workpiece requirements.

our Customer product is TPMS tire pressure sensor. The material is two component epoxy resin , In fact A material is same just color different, and B material is same same.
So we desgin 4 different A tank and 1 B tank to connect with machine, while the color customer want, just swicth the valve to connect the color. Machine will automatic mix the color resin with hardener

A 4A + 1B glue dispensing machine is a multi-material dispensing system equipped with four separate A-side material tanks and one shared B-side curing agent tank. It automatically selects one of the four A-side materials and mixes it with the B component at a preset ratio for dispensing, potting, coating, or sealing applications.
The system stores four different A-side materials and one B-side curing agent separately. According to the selected production recipe, the control system activates the corresponding A-side supply line and the shared B-side supply line. Independent metering pumps deliver the materials at the preset ratio, and the components are mixed through a static or dynamic mixer before dispensing.
Yes. The machine can be configured with a programmable material-selection system. Operators can select A1, A2, A3, or A4 through the control interface, and the system switches to the corresponding material supply according to the configured process. Automatic switching and recipe management depend on the selected configuration.
Yes, provided the selected A-side materials are chemically compatible with the same B-side curing agent and can use the required mixing conditions. Before production, the material supplier or application engineer should confirm compatibility, mixing ratio, curing behavior, and cleaning requirements.
Depending on the pump, tank, seal, hose, and mixer configuration, the system may be designed for compatible two-component epoxy, polyurethane (PU), silicone, and other industrial adhesives. Material viscosity, filler content, pot life, chemical compatibility, and curing requirements must be evaluated before selecting the system.
The mixing ratio can be configured according to the adhesive formulation and metering system. The available ratio range and metering accuracy depend on the pump type, material properties, and machine design. Please provide the required A/B ratios for each material so that KPD can recommend a suitable configuration.
The system can use dedicated A-side tanks and delivery lines to reduce cross-contamination between different materials. However, residual adhesive in shared downstream components, such as valves or mixers, may still cause contamination. The appropriate flushing, purging, or disposable-mixer strategy should be selected according to the materials and changeover requirements.
Potential applications include electronic component potting, sensor encapsulation, automotive electronics, power supply encapsulation, sealing, bonding, and protective coating. It is especially useful for production environments that require several A-side formulations with a shared B-side curing agent.
Yes. Depending on the configuration, the dispensing system can be integrated with XYZ gantry systems, robotic arms, fixtures, conveyors, turntables, or other production equipment. PLC control, recipe storage, I/O interfaces, and automated material selection can be customized to meet production requirements.
