The semi-automatic operation uses a foot switch; the machine meters and mixes automatically while workers position workpieces manually. Unlike conventional 2-tank meter mix dispensers, this 4-pressure-barrel configuration adopts a 2-working + 2-standby layout, allowing material refilling without machine shutdown. Core Working Principle
The system uses independent pressure barrels with stirring, heating and vacuum functions for each tank. Two barrels supply A & B glue for production, while the other two serve as backup. When raw materials in working barrels run low, operators switch the pipeline to standby barrels, refilling the empty set during ongoing production. Precision metering pumps deliver accurate A/B materials into a static or dynamic mixer, then mixed resin flows out through the dispensing gun. Semi-automatic mode enables automatic metering & mixing, with manual workpiece placement by operators.
