Step1: Workpiece placement Put long LED strips or LED modules on the worktable and fix with fixture.

Step2: Program selection Select saved dispensing program or draw new dispensing path on touch screen.

Step3: Parameter setup Set moving speed, glue flow rate, dispensing height and glue output.

Step4: Automatic dispensing XYZ gantry moves automatically along programmed path, applying glue evenly on LED surface.

Step5: Finish & unload After dispensing cycle completes, take off LED workpieces for curing.

Q1: What is a two component epoxy dispensing machine?

A two component epoxy dispensing machine is automatic equipment to meter, mix and dispense two-part epoxy resin (resin A + hardener B). It is used for electronic potting, encapsulation and casting.

Q2: What epoxy material can this machine handle?

It works for unfilled epoxy and filled epoxy with silica powder or other fillers. It supports low to high viscosity two-component epoxy.

Q3: What mixing ratios are available?

Standard ratios:1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1,5:1,10:1. We can customize special mixing ratios based on your epoxy datasheet.

Static mixing tubes are disposable. Main pipeline can be flushed with matched cleaning solvent. Automatic cleaning function is optional for long continuous production.
