Honeycomb panel PU spraying machine for precise two-component polyurethane adhesive application. Designed for honeycomb panel bonding and production lines, featuring controlled glue metering, mixing and uniform spraying to improve bonding consistency and production efficiency.
The Two-Component Polyurethane (PU) Glue Spray Machine is an industrial adhesive application system designed for sandwich panel manufacturing. It meters, mixes and sprays two-component polyurethane adhesive onto designated panel surfaces to support bonding between facing materials and insulation cores.
Designed for integration into sandwich panel production lines, the system can be configured to deliver a consistent adhesive application pattern according to panel width, line speed, adhesive properties and production requirements. The A and B components are supplied separately, accurately metered and mixed before being distributed through a suitable spraying system.
This 2K PU glue spraying solution can be configured for compatible sandwich panel materials, including PU, PIR, EPS, mineral wool (rock wool), XPS and phenolic insulation cores. It is suitable for applications involving metal facings and other compatible panel substrates.
With configurable metering, mixing, spraying and automation functions, the system helps manufacturers improve adhesive distribution, reduce manual application and support repeatable bonding quality in continuous or semi-automatic panel production processes.
The two polyurethane adhesive components are stored separately in compatible material supply units to prevent premature mixing.
Step 2 – Material Conditioning
Where required by the adhesive specification, material temperature, pressure and circulation conditions are controlled to maintain suitable processing properties.
Step 3 – Precision Metering
The metering system delivers Components A and B at the required ratio and flow rate.
Step 4 – Mixing
The two components enter a compatible mixing unit and are blended before application.
Step 5 – Adhesive Spraying
The mixed adhesive is applied to the designated facing or core surface through a suitable spray head or nozzle arrangement.
Step 6 – Panel Lamination
The coated materials proceed through the panel production process, where the facing sheets and insulation core are assembled and bonded under the specified processing conditions.
Step 7 – Curing and Finishing
The panel continues through the required pressing, curing, cutting and finishing stages according to the production-line design and adhesive system.
