Working Principle
- PU Material Storage: Components A and B are stored separately to prevent premature reaction.
- Material Conditioning: The materials are prepared according to the required viscosity and processing conditions. Optional heating, stirring, or pressure regulation may be used.
- Precision Metering: Independent pumps deliver the two PU components at the preset mixing ratio.
- Component Mixing: The materials enter a static or dynamic mixing unit to achieve the required mixing uniformity.
