1. Material Feeding：Two pressure tanks store component A (resin) and component B (hardener). Pressurized glue feeds to the inlet of two servo gear pumps.
2. Independent Metering：Two servo gear pumps rotate at preset speed according to required mixing ratio, precisely delivering fixed volume of A and B glue.
3. Static Mixing：A and B materials flow into static mixing tube, fully blended inside the mixer without air entrapment.
4. Automatic Dispensing：Mixed adhesive flows out through dispensing nozzle onto workpieces. Dispensing time / shot volume controlled by program.
5. Cleaning Cycle：After batch production, solvent or purge air automatically cleans static mixer to stop glue curing and blockage.
