This automatic glue potting machine comes with an integrated small workstation, designed for two-component epoxy, PU and silicone potting applications. Working Principle
Put workpieces on the small workstation, set dispensing parameters on the touch screen. The A glue and B glue are pumped separately by precision ram pumps according to the preset ratio, mixed fully at the mixing head, then dispensed automatically along the programmed XYZ path. Vacuum degassing option removes air bubbles inside the potting layer for high insulation performance.
