Working Principle
This AB glue dispensing machine for LED driver encapsulation adopts independent A and B material tanks. Two glue materials are transported to the mixing module with fixed ratio, fully mixed in static mixer, then dispensed to LED driver cavity. For high requirement LED drivers, vacuum potting mode is used to finish encapsulation under negative pressure to eliminate air bubbles.
