Working Principle
The handheld two-component epoxy dispenser relies on mechanical synchronous propulsion to complete accurate dispensing and mixing. After installing the matched dual-cartridge A/B adhesive into the gun body, squeezing the trigger drives the internal linkage push rod to advance synchronously. The A resin and B hardener are pushed out from two independent barrels according to the preset mixing ratio. Then the two materials enter the static mixing nozzle, where multiple spiral baffles continuously split, twist and fold the glue liquid to realize uniform blending. Finally, the fully mixed two-component adhesive is evenly dispensed from the nozzle tip. The whole process completes metering, mixing and dispensing in one step, ensuring accurate ratio and consistent mixing effect without manual glue stirring.
