Working Process
Step 1: Material Feeding A component resin and B component hardener are automatically conveyed from the material tank to the precision metering pump to ensure stable material supply.
Step 2: Precision 2K Dosing The servo pump accurately measures the two materials according to the preset mixing ratio and flow rate to ensure accurate proportioning.
Step 3: Automatic Mixing The two materials enter the static or dynamic mixing chamber for full homogeneous mixing to avoid uneven glue composition.
Step 4: Quantitative Dispensing / Vacuum Potting The mixed adhesive is quantitatively dispensed to the workpiece. With vacuum configuration, bubble-free potting is realized.
Step 5: Curing & Forming The mixed two-component resin cures naturally to form insulation, waterproof, shock-proof and protective structure for electronic products.
