Working Process

1. Material Preparation

Epoxy resin (Component A) and hardener (Component B) are stored separately to prevent premature reaction. Material heating or stirring can be configured when required by the resin properties.

2. Precision Metering

The metering system delivers Components A and B according to the preset mixing ratio and required dispensing volume, helping maintain consistent material proportions throughout production.

3. Mixing

The two components enter a static or dynamic mixer, where they are blended into a uniform mixture. The appropriate mixing method depends on the material viscosity, filler content, and curing characteristics.

4. Dispensing & Potting

The mixed epoxy is dispensed into the designated areas of electronic components or housings. Dispensing parameters can be adjusted to suit different workpiece sizes, filling volumes, and production requirements.

5. Vacuum Degassing (Optional)

For applications sensitive to trapped air bubbles, an optional vacuum process can help remove air from the material or reduce voids during potting. The specific process depends on the resin formulation and workpiece structure.

6. Curing

After dispensing, the epoxy cures according to the material manufacturer’s recommended conditions. The cured resin forms a protective layer that helps provide electrical insulation and resistance to moisture, dust, and mechanical stress.

Note: The working process can be customized according to the epoxy material, workpiece design, required output, and production environment.

 FAQ

Q1: What is a two component epoxy dispensing machine?

A two component epoxy dispensing machine is automatic equipment to meter, mix and dispense two-part epoxy resin (resin A + hardener B). It is used for electronic potting, encapsulation and casting.

Q2: What epoxy material can this machine handle?

It works for unfilled epoxy and filled epoxy with silica powder or other fillers. It supports low to high viscosity two-component epoxy.

Q3: What mixing ratios are available?

Standard ratios:1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1,5:1,10:1. We can customize special mixing ratios based on your epoxy datasheet.

Q4: Can this machine do vacuum epoxy potting?

Yes. We can add a vacuum chamber module. Vacuum potting removes air bubbles and improves insulation performance for transformers and sensors.

Q5: What is the dispensing accuracy?

Mixing ratio accuracy: ±2%. Flow repeatability: ±2%. Actual performance depends on epoxy viscosity, temperature and filler content.

Q6: Static mixer or dynamic mixer, which one to choose?

Static mixer is for most normal epoxy applications with low maintenance. Dynamic mixer is recommended for high viscosity or heavily filled epoxy. We will suggest after checking your glue sample.

Q7: How to clean the two component epoxy dispensing machine?

Static mixing tubes are disposable. Main pipeline can be flushed with matched cleaning solvent. Automatic cleaning function is optional for long continuous production.

Q8: Can I store multiple dispensing recipes?

Yes. Touch screen supports saving multiple recipes. You can quickly switch between different products on production line.

Q9: What products use two component epoxy potting?

Current transformers, LED drivers, automotive sensors, solid relays, buzzers, power modules and other electronic components requiring insulation encapsulation.

Q10: What after-sales service do you provide?

12-month warranty for core components. Remote video training and debugging, lifelong spare parts supply. We also offer pre-sales glue and workpiece test service.

Q11: Can you test my epoxy and workpiece before purchase?

Sure. You can send epoxy samples and workpieces. We will run potting tests, record videos and send sample reports for your evaluation.
